Terms and Conditions

1. Delivery Policy: We usually deliver our products by the courier company and it takes 4-5 working days inside Dhaka, and outside Dhaka it usually takes 7 working days. It may vary for unexpected reasons/events (for example; Lockdown, Hartal etc).
2. Delivery charge: Inside Dhaka metro, the delivery charge is 60Tk, and for ourside Dhaka Metro the delivery charge is tk110. For outside Dhaka, the delivery charge is tk150. Home delivery is provided throughout the country.
3. Payment Method: We accept payment via Bkash and Cash on delivery.
4. Return Policy: Customer has to check the parcel on spot and let us know as soon as possible. The parcel needs to be returned on spot, to the delivery person, only if there are any defects on the product.
5.  Copyright: No one is allowed to copy or use Kraos Bangladesh's products for commercial purposes without permission from Kraos Bangladesh
6. Privacy Policy: Kraos Bangladesh never shares any personal information to any third party. However, we may use your data for promotional and business purposes, with your consent.
7. Consent: By using our service and products means that you agree to the term and conditions and policy of KRAOS Bangladesh.
